Share project with others

Friday, August 22nd, 2008

Now you’ve got projects and tasks. If there is a person with whom you want to share one of your projects, you can easily do it. Highlight the project for sharing and click Share on the panel above the projects. There will appear a field for e-mail where you can type in the e-mail of the person and click button Invite. The field will also contain names of other people who you’ve shared some of your projects with. For these people it is enought to click button Add beside the name of the person.

If the person has an account in Task2Gather then he will be send an invitation to the project if not he will be invited to register. Once the person is registered he will see the project you’ve shared.
